just got vin and ready for delivery in 2 weeks.

I had looked into this, and was told last month by Tesla that they have no way of transferring reservations between two people.

I think Ob1Kenobi is right. You may have to take delivery then re-sell the car

A a year ago, I was able to give someone my reservation. The way it worked was, my buddy placed an identical car on order on their account. I call tesla and have them unmatched me and tell them, hey I have a buddy who wants it that has the same configuration on order. So he unmatched me and then matched it to his order

I asked my advisor about transfers a few days ago and was told that transfers are only allowed between members of the same household.
