2022 Model Y not powering on locked out

Did you completely drain the battery to 0%? The car should still retain a % for minimal operations. Try to do a hard reboot and see if it will turn on (press two scroll wheels + brake for 5 seconds).
Can't do a hard reboot with the car locked. From their post it appears they can't open the car with the key card or mobile app. Probably need a bit more info from the OP but it could be a dead 12v battery and needs a jump.

Behind the cover for the tow hook in the front bumper, there are two wires that can be hooked to 12v to open the frunk. Once it is open, you have access to the 12v battery and can try to jumpstart the car, or reset everything by disconnecting it temporarily. By now, I would hope that most tow operators would be familiar with the procedure, especially ones that are sent out by Tesla's roadside assistance.

Did you get your car? you dropped off the face of the earth.
I picked it up on the Aug 23rd with perfect delivery except had a clicking noise when AC ran full speed. They ended up finding wiring that needed to be clamped down as it was rattling and fixed it today. Car has been great other than that.
