2022 plaid rear doors won't open

As of yesterday, both rear doors will not open from the outside nor inside. The exterior handles present themselves. When pulled, the door window slightly goes down, then back up, but door refuses to budge. Any help would be appreciated!

If a reboot doesn’t fix it, schedule a service appointment. If child door locks were enabled, you would still be able to open the doors from the outside.

I’m on 2022.4.5.3 and don’t have any issues. It seems odd that it’s both doors. Will they open if you pull up on the manual open from the inside?

I’d try holding down both scroll wheels to reboot and see if that makes a difference.

FYI, I didn’t notice the rear doors didn’t have the easy to access manual opening like the front. If a reboot doesn’t work I’d do a service appt. The rear doors do have a manual opening but considering the car is under warranty I wouldn’t try it.
