I am on the waiting list for a Blue Model S which says should be July to October as of now. I have an opportunity to get a 2022 model with new headlights that was produced in February (according to Carfax) with only 1,900 miles on it. They want 100K for it (white color). I also have a car that I want to trade in (Porsche Cayenne) and just within 30 days, Tesla lowered by trade in by $1,200. Overall difference right now is around 5K savings compared to new car considering today's trade in value. I can't decide if it's worth getting a used car to save 6K knowing that when I will want to sell it, I will already be a second owner and not first. What would you do get used or wait?
