Yes we got a loan with Wells Fargo but we can pay it off immediately or buyer can pay it off. Buyer will receive Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin (MCO) upon purchase and can then title/register in their name.

Yes the car can be purchased. The paperwork is still on the way for titling. This is how it works in Texas. The car is delivered with an MCO, no title or registration. It is illegal for Tesla to sell cars directly to consumers in TX so it is sort of a loophole on their part.
