21” Uberturbine rim color

It’s bound to happen sooner or later...does anyone know the color code for 21” Uberturbine? Is it the same colors as any existing Tesla rims? I need to get some touch up paint for a small scratch.

Hey man! I curbed my MYP. I think the color code ( MIGHT ) be sonic carbon. Used on the 21" twin turbine wheel for the model S.

I sent them a message first...

A warning, I purchased the grey touch-up paint from T Sportline and it is one noticeable shade lighter. They warn of this too. So the link above will be my 2nd go around at trying to find a suitable match.

Pretty bummed I curbed such a beaut of a wheel!!

It's almost impossible to keep them pristine. Even if you don't curb them, hitting a pothole wrong will also screw them up. They do look great, but I get too paranoid driving them.

I contacted TeslaSuperstore to see if they know the colors are the same. I'll update this thread when I get a reply.

This was actually me that did this. I curbed them the first week I got it. Thought I would try these as this was a perfect match for the model 3 aero wheels. It looks ok, but you can tell.

I might try to sonic ones now. I need something darker for sure.

Hey all, it took a long while for the paint to arrive. Showed up today (5/15). Here's the first very minor chip repair. Single coat, and still a tad tacky.
This is Sonic Carbon from Tesla Super Store.
I have another small chunk taken out of another wheel, but it will be a bit before I can get to that one.

Is the color of Model Y Uberturbine 21" Sonic Carbon?

I'm filling out a deeper cut right now. So far by eyeballing. Sonic looks to be a tad more glossy, or more metallic. Could be the brand of touch up paint, too.
Tesla just needs to release the color codes for all of the MY wheels.
I'll get another pic up soon.
But for me the results are acceptable. So far.

I just picked up some Testors enamel from Michael’s, and it looks to be a damn close match. Color name is Metallic Graphite.
I’ll post some before and after pics I’m a couple days.

Yep it’s a similar color.

Wheels on Site now carries the correct color and did a fenomenal job at fixing my curb rash.

Do you mean, "Graphite Grey"? I don't see a "Metallic Graphite" color on the Michael's site.

From your most recent pic, looks like a good match. Are you sanding and brush painting? How many coats? Any primer?
