21" Continental Tire replacement

I dinged one of my 21" Conti tires and had to have it replaced. Despite 2 balancing efforts, I have vibration between 40-50 mph and over 70 mph. We have a new replacement tire on order, but is there something I'm missing? It is for a 44xxx Model S85 with 58k miles, but the other 3 tires have about 7k miles and it was riding smoothly before the replacement tire. Since I'm in Michigan, I'm having the tires installed locally and hope I don't have to trek down to Chicago to have it done by Tesla. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Tire. Small ding on the rim, more like curb rash, but a chunk got taken out of the rubber.
