'21 MSLR Rear Screen Turns On & Off

I recently had my local service center replace my entire center console in my '21 Model S LR due to the front storage compartment light working backwards...that was a whole other story. They finally got that sorted out after a few trips to the service center, and NOW the rear screen only turns on intermittently, so it turns on, turns off, repeat...and you can't do anything on the screen while it is on. It does not register touch at all. Has anyone had an issue like this before? Schedule to take it back to the service center, but wanted to see if maybe it was a simple reset fix or something along those lines. My guess is that a connector is installed incorrectly...purely a guess. Any and all help is appreciated!!

The rear screen only works when the front storage compartment is closed. Just kidding....
