21" Tires

So, its time for me to get some new rubber on my Model S. I have the Michelins that come with the Arachnids now, and have been very happy. I was planning on sticking with those, but came across the Continentals at the same price ($350ish). Any experience with these? Do these have the sound deadening foam like the Michelin? Then, as i was doing a little more searching, i checked Amazon, and they have what seems to be the exact same tire for $216 plus free Prime Shipping. Since I need 2, this seems to be a savings of $140 each! Sounds to good to be true, so i wanted to get some opinions. Here is the link to the Amazon tire.

Here is the link to what i think is the same tire on TireRack.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

I recently had to get my tires replaced due to a puncture in the sidewall of one of my rear tires. Are your wheels/tires staggered? Seems like the rear ones have a higher load index (101 vs 96) and that's what the ones on Amazon are. Otherwise they are the same tire. I have read on here from others that the foam layer in these tires for sound deadening are not all they are hyped up to be. My 21" turbine wheels have these tires installed and are preferred for Tesla. However, I ended up going with these in the rear, because I simply needed two quick tires to replace the one bad one. Tesla generally won't install these without some sort of form being signed for "aftermarket parts".

Update -
Mounting is only $20 per tire. Cost of tire is $216 plus $20 mounting = $236 per tire
Even if i buy from Discount Tire direct, they still charge me $20 to mount per tire.

That being said, i went ahead and ordered the same Michelin's that I have now. They have done well enough for me and they were able to match the Amazon price as well ($293 each).

Thanks.
