Was the wheel re-painted? Why is the paint chipping on the spoke?

Honestly, it would cost me $250 to have the rim rash repaired and the wheel sandblasted and properly repainted.

But I'm driving down your way in the middle of August (Newton/Conover). If I bend or damage a rim on my road trip, I might take it off your hands if I'm in a lurch and you still have it.

Well, my trip is over, but I did kill two rims 50 miles from home (see my other thread).

I had spares at home to put on the car, and I'll get my two bent rims fixed for about $225 each.
