21" Wheel/Rim Repair in Bay Area

Hi Folks,

I haven't had much luck with wheel/rim repair. I tried one of those mobile units, which come to your house and fix the wheel in about an hour. He came highly recommended by the Palo Alto service center. The repair looked great but peeled off when I curbed the wheel (protected by rim bands), exposing a rough white surface underneath. Looks like he applied some kind of coating to the wheel, instead of sanding, polishing and clear-coating it.

I'm hoping to find someone better this time around. Does anyone have any recommendations for wheel/rim repair services in the Bay Area?

Hi Kwabena, I own OCDetail in Walnut Creek and we do rim repair all the time. Like you I had very bad luck painting on the car so we do a full tire off high temp powder coat is much more durable finish. If you would like to set up a time or have questions feel free to PM or call. Thank you
