21" wheels and D

Those with D cars, and 21" wheels, especially who moved from S to D .. do you feel that D cars are wearing the 21" lesser? Or about the same? TIA!

Yes, the consensus on TMC is that the dual motor cars experience much more even tire wear.

About 3K miles on my 21x8.5s. Despite -1.5s on the rear cambers, I just measured 13/32nds inside to out on front and rear.(new spec is 10/32nds).

So yes, it's not a lot of miles yet but it's obvious that I won't experience the 5K miles per set some are reporting plus I get to rotate since I'm square.

I have about 21K on my 19s and they measure 8/32nds inside to out on front and rear as well.

Wow, your tires gained 3/32" in tread, regenerative tires! or more tread than spec on yours.

FWIW - replaced RF tire on S90D today and inquired how my tires are doing?
Staggered 21" Conti SIlents at 15,114 mostly freeway miles......pretty even.

-Torqued wheels to 175 NM
- Adjusted tire pressure to: 45 PSI front, 45 PSI rear.
- Measured tire tread depth at:
(Outer) (Center) (Inner)
LF: 8/32 8/32 8/32
RF: 10/32 10/32 10/32
LR: 8/32 8/32 8/32
RR: 8/32 8/32 8/32

@NikeWings do you know how work out was the RF? Your other tires seem pretty even, strange that one tire had to be changed so soon!?

Blow out from a night time encounter with an unforgiving pot hole.
Otherwise very pleased, as so many told me to expect 10k miles max.
