217 miles at 100% on my 60D

i decided to charge to 100% today to see on what the battery maxes out. I have a little over 400 miles on the clock and it was 19*F out.

I have had 218 to 221 rated miles. Temperature might affect the number, but remember the number is the result of a calculation, and the calculation can change slightly with OTA updates. Definitely NOT something on which to assess battery health.

Seems about right, I've seen 220-221 out of a 100% charge. I always seem to be lose the 3 miles and end up xx7 for range whenever it's cold out (w/ seat warmers & heater on)

I've seen the same rumors and statements, but I don't think there's actually been battery degradation tests to confirm this.

I have only gotten about 210 with 100% charge which I did several times on a long trip last month. Temps were 50-75 so I do not feel that would be an issue. I did notice that cruising at 80 vs 65/70 made a large difference in consumption...

That is the range expected for the S60. The numbers above (and in the title) are for the S60D.

it has been confirmed even by Tesla representatives that the software limitation is on the top of the battery..meaning with 60 option, you can in fact charge your 75 battery to 80% (=100% of 60kw). That is also confirmed by several videos where you can see that the chargeload remains high up to the 100%..so that clearly confirms this does not hurt the battery

Received update 2.52.22 today. At the same time, less than an hour before the update the car completed a 90% charge and it reported my normal range. Install update which took about 20 minutes and now car reports 2 miles more.

I have no clue. I watch the MPH charging.

The MPH reading is the average over the charging session, The real-time status is the kW charge rate. If you start at 95 kW at the beginning of your charge and drop to 42 kW at the end, you are charging at half the rate. The MPH might still read 300+, but that is because you spent more time at the higher rate.

No, the drop near 100℅ for 75 kWh and higher batteries is MUCH more.

Quick update. Supercharged to 100% again today. It was at 218 like it should be. See attached pics of the progress.

Maxed about 82kWs then dropped toward the end.
This is on a 60D.
