Am I missing something? How is there no way to secure the parcel tray/cargo shelf while you're accessing the deep part of the trunk? It just flops around and doesnt stay up anywhere. Has anyone come up with a way to latch it somewhere or fabricate some kind of a hinge? Maybe velcro it to the back of the third row seat? I thought I saw in previous generations that it would secure itself up vertically against the side rails it sits on; but the current generation just has ledges built in and the tray has no way to stay up. Any ideas???

Yes. The new ones just have a ledge built in as opposed to what you have which served both purposes. I was hoping to find something to retrofit and achieve the same goal.
