As the thread title states, I'm considering 22" wheels for my 2017 Model S with coil suspension. At the moment, I have a driveway that dips downward in the mid-way down to the garage. This hump causes the bottom side of my car to scrape while backing out the car (on the way out).
I was looking for advice on whether anyone thinks moving up to 22" wheels will help. I know there may be minor rubbing (based on other threads I've read), but at this point, I get constant bottom-side scraping when existing my garage.
Alternative ideas also welcomed Driveway re-paving seems pretty drastic of an option, when I feel like 1" would do the trick.
Thanks for any feedback and/or advice.
