22x10.5 and 285-30-22 ? will it fit?

hi guys!

Getting my Y performance in couple of weeks but I want to order my wheel now because of the huge delay! I want to order Blaque Diamond F25 in 22x9.5 + 30 and 22x10.5 + 35.

Tire : there is no 255-30-22 and 275-30-22 available from my shop.. He is proposing 265-30-22 front and 285-30-22 in the rear.

Will this fit? or is it way to big and width to fit a model Y?

Just a quick glance at the specs, I believe they will fit. 22'' will look great on the Y!

I am curious as to how +35 offset on 10.5 width rear will look...

I got new wheels on order and was suggested +42 for the rears over +25.

From calculating from my own car, it seems like +31ish is about flush in the back with 10.5s. I think a lot of people prefer a little tuck over poke. The +42 is still 6mm outbound from stock performance setup.

Well I saw a post of someone with 21" Uberturbine wheel who has put 20mm front and back on stock performance suspension. The kit is pretty flush. So this bring the setup to a 21x9.5 + 20 and 21x10.5 + 28 which seems pretty good!

Nop loll I bought a Tesla Performance to replace my grand Cherokee SRT 2020. Just because of the fuel haha My SRT is lowered on 22inch wheel also, and I've always driven sports cars so no worry about the car being stiff. the car is build to be fast and looking good! the rest is not important xD hahah

Can you provide an update on this setup when you get it with pics? I'm like you and don't mind the stiff ride vs the look and thinking about 22inch wheels. I've been told that 265/35/22 front and 305/30/22 can fit in a staggered setup but I need to see it to believe it. Lol

Yeah sure! Just ordered my wheel! I’ve ordered 22x9 + 30 and 22x10.5 + 38 on a 265-30 front and 285-30 rear. Should get them in 5 weeks or so. Will post an update when it’s done!

Not yet! Still waiting for the MYP! Haha wheels are already ordered and will arrive in 1 week! I’ll post photo for sure!

Not stealing your thunder but wanted to give you a look at some similar offsets on my 21” wheels. You should be pretty flush and 22” will look insane

Front: 21x9.5 30, 255/35 (will be switching to 265/35 in the fall)

Rear: 21x10.5 +38, 275/35

Cant wait to receive my MYP! haha Already ordered the wheel/tire, full wrap date is reserved at the shop, unplugged suspension (lowering spring and camber kit), mirror and fog lip in matte carbon, front lip from Ninte in matte black (to fit the matte black trim all over the car), some new logo... Yeah that's all, I hope so... hahah already spent wayyyy too much.. but I'm addicted lol
