245 50 20 fit my MYP without rubbing?

No, I think they will rub.
I have 255/45R20 and there is about half an inch of space, or maybe even slightly less. Looks like your size is a full inch taller. I'd try googling that size and model Y to see if any other people have posted about anything with this size.

It should because of two factors, one 275/45/20 fits easily as others have been using this width for a while and you're looking at 245/50 so it's thinner and taller thus clearance should be a wash. However I'm not sure about thinner tires on a MYP. Look at how squirly a Mach-E gets on skinny tires. If you're easy on it then that might be ok.
