Sick of the stock Goodyears and wanted something a tad wider/taller that also offered more wheel protection. I think this setup works well! (Also, I would not go any wider/taller on these wheels, everything clears, but the tires are close to the knuckle.)

I mean it makes sense, these are only +0.32'' taller then the 21" uberturbines.

There is a thread where someone is trying to test 265/40/21 and 285/40/21. That is more juicy info where it is 1.32" taller than 21" stock

There was an owner on the model y subreddit that was able to successfully mount 245/55/19’s on Geminis. Which roughly translates to 29.4” tire size compared to the stock 28” tire size 255/45/19

The link above is to a reddit post where the guy put on 245/55/19s on the geminis, which are slightly taller than the tire I am trying to fit in the other thread. We are not referencing the 265/40/20.... thanks. a little bit of confusion in here. hope this clears it up.

Gotcha, yep, I was confused - since the title was different... so are we now saying that a 29.3" tall tire will fit a Model Y Performance?
