Considering upsizing to 275/35R19 (square) with a 19x9.5 wheel. My car is a non-performance.

There is a lot of info about the offset and spacers required for performance cars with this setup, but less so with non-performance cars (which have a thicker rotor hat). What's the max offset that can be ran up front and still clear the knuckle? Will +35 work? Want to get it as close as possible without needing a spacer.

Car is mildly lowered on Eibach springs with ~1.3 degrees of front camber.

+35 will work fine. I have +35 9.5" wide wheels with a 265 MPS4S tire and have about 10mm clearance on the upright arm. You'd be 5mm wider up there, but also 3mm farther out due to the thicker rotor hat on the smaller brakes. I also have 265 RE71's, same wheel setup, fits the same. I actually just ordered 275's to go on the exact same wheel and have no fitment concerns.

My guess would be you could get away with +38 if not +40 if you are really trying to tuck it in.
