First off his initial post was for $400, it seems a little high but I've digressed, do you think that a 11% discount is enough? here are some other listings that are listed for less, one you should be familiar with.

for someone looking for an extra UMC!

he priced his UMC below tesla's price after tax,
isn't 11% below tesla's retail reasonable?
if he was in a hurry, or it doesn't move,
