anyone had or has issues with there pop out cup holders in the 2nd row?

It will only come out if I pry it with my finger nails But it will not slide out smoothly like before. I can’t push it anymore to make it come out, it will only come out with force. Please help me out!! Unfortunately I am out of warranty and Tesla is charge approx 400 including part and labor as from phone quote. Thanks!!!
