3 Year Free Supercharging for Current Owners?

My OA suggested that this was announced yesterday but have not read anything about it. I've asked him for any details or documentation.

Yes, it's legit. I inquired for my sister who took delivery of P3D in September, now her husband is waiting for delivery of Model X. I called the local DA to ask about it. They stated that for some reason only applied if there first Tesla had unlimited Supercharging, which their P3D does. So they were able to add to their order. As I understand have to take delivery by 01/01 to qualify.

I highly doubt they are going to do this. A lot of us Model 3 owners have been paying for supercharging for over a year. I honestly don't mind paying though since I mostly charge at home or at work.

They always bring back free supercharging. I’ll never believe tesla when they threaten to take away supercharging “for good” still hasn’t happened yet.

I confirmed that it is only for current S and X owners and it only applies to S and X purchases through the end of the month. No Model 3.

My understanding is this is to incentivize current owners with free supercharging to trade in for a new model.

They try to but they did not have the same match and in Quebec the $8,000 refund do not finish at year end.

A rep at a Tesla store told me about this deal on Dec. 29, so indeed I did take delivery of a new S on December 30. As of today (1/1/19) the account shows "only" 6 mo. free Supercharging on my new S, but I'm emailing supercharger@tesla to see if I can redeem this deal.

Having documented 10,767 miles of all-electric road trips to date, I want the deal to be real. I'll find out if it is for me.

They said that it could take 2 weeks for this to show up in MyTesla account. Maybe because someone thought of the deal only a few weeks ago.... Works for me.

i did get 6 months free so i will try to take advantage of that once my busy season ends early this summer. i haven't used superchargers much with the P85, but it would be nice to have for 3 years as an owner. from what i've seen though, paying for it isn't that much $ so it's almost a moot point. i'm not that upset about it since we've rarely used it thus far.

They should just give all S,X, P3 a year from purchase and be done with it. 3 years it too long IMO.

Anyone else get the 3 years of supercharging? I emailed my OA who promptly emailed the general referral email address. I'm now stuck in Tesla email limbo.
