3D Maxpider Kagu mat for Refresh MS - need volunteer for scanning

I received my 3D Maxpider mats for my 2018 Model S a few days ago. After reading this thread I was going to return them because of the so-called bump on the backseat mat, but after putting it in my car I can't even notice it unless I push with my hand. It's nearly imperceptible. Most of that bump is due to the way it was folded in the box.

Does anyone have a contact email for the company? The only one I get when I Google is one that is located in Malaysia.

I'm having some issues with my front set (Maxpider Part# L1TL00011509) for a 2017 MS 75D. It has to be repositioned every 2 to 3 days...and even repositioned, I have to pick a side for the floor mat to be flush with. If I bias it over to the door sill side, then the floor mat's "lip" leaves a gap between it and the center console. Of course, the same thing happens to the door sill side if I bias the placement to the center console side. Getting in and out of the car ends up sliding the mat every 2 to 3 days. Does anyone else have this issue? Also, the plastic emblem is coming off...but that is just a minor gripe for me. Btw, mats purchased 11/30 and shipped 12/28/17 (there was a back order for quite some time before).

That really doesn't look right to me. I just put mine in yesterday and there are no gaps. See my post earlier in this thread for my pictures as reference. Hopefully you can get the shop you bought from to send a new one to try.
