This email will help you understand what batch you're in based on your order #. (No more guessing based on time of day or day of the month) We are going to implement a special referral program now as well.
Now, where are the floor mats?!?! The first batch is stuck in Chicago with an issue with the shipping truck. We are hoping to have them by Monday to start fulfilling orders. The second batch is in their California warehouse today they're working on sorting and separating our order of 100 mats. These should hopefully be shipping out by Tuesday/Wednesday of next week. Going forward we should have a new shipment every 7-10 days arriving and shipping to us. I am working on trying to get them to ship us more than 100 at a time to clear up all the backorders before the snow/bad weather comes. No promises on this one but I am doing what I can to speed up the process.
How do I know what batch I am in?!
Batch 1 is Order #2081 - 2219 Delivery ETA By end of Next Week
Batch 2 is Order #2220- 2401 Delivery ETA 2 weeks
Batch 3 is Order # 2402- 2619 Delivery ETA 3 weeks
Batch 4 is order # 2620- 2839 Delivery ETA 4 weeks
Batch 5 is order # 2840- 3024 Delivery ETA 5 weeks
Batch 6 is order # 3025 - Present, Delivery ETA 6 weeks
Gift Cards:
If you added it to cart, got the discount, but haven't gotten a fulfillment email please reply back with your order number. I believe all of these have been addressed but it's possible one or two got missed.
If you used another discount code for a % off then you are not eligible for the Free Gift Card in addition to this discount. It's one or the other not both.
If you feel you are owed a Gift Card (forgot to add it to cart and apply discount code) please send us an email with your order # for review.
