On Divergent Microfactories' site, there is a claim that the manufacturing process of a 3D printed gasoline-powered car they make is, from an emissions perspective, 3 times better than an EV. Isn't this statement false, and certainly so when the EV factory and EV are both powered by solar/wind energy? The company in question is due to begin selling their 3D printed car soon.
