Quick question about an older Model S with the 3G connection:

We're driving from suburban Boston to Montreal in a few weeks, will my car connect to Rogers (or some other provider) once we cross into Canada, or am I on my own for those few days?

Should be fine. We've driven our 2014 S thru Vancouver BC and Toronto on our road trips.

Same. Driven into Canada many times - I don’t know what network it roams to but it roams just fine.

Both Model S and Model 3.

Thanks. I picked up the S in December, and haven't gone out of the country with it yet. This will be the first trip.

Driving from San Diego to Calexico, the car roams to Mexico more than once along I-8! My phone gets multiple "Welcome to Mexico" texts too.
