3G Connectivity Question

I am taking delivery of a CPO 2012 Signature P85 next week at the Watertown S.C. outside of Boston.
Does the deal with AT&T cover 3G connectivity for the car at no cost? If not, what is the connectivity deal?
Do the Internet music services referred to in the videos (Slacker, etc) come at not additional cost?

ATT 3G is currently no charge. I love Slacker and Tune-In, I ditched Sirius-XM. I believe they have free memberships, however I opted to upgrade for extra features. Go to their respective websites and learn about various plans.
