@Brandon332 I just had my 2 year service completed under the three year contract. The Invoice states "the HEPA" is changed at the 3rd year at additional cost". I will wait to third year to understand, but I don't recall that being stated in the original purchase. Will go look. At any rate, it is good to know there is an after-market alternative.

Pulled logs and checked for active faults: No Active faults
- Checked firmware version: Updated to latest version 8.1
- Performed function check of closures (moving glass, doors, trunks): Cleaned and
lubricated latches. Good, no issue
- Tested and inspected charging with shop's cable.
- Replaced:
Wiper Blades (currently not in stock)
Key Fob Battery
Cabin Air Filter
NOTE: HEPA filter (if equipped) should be replaced every 3yrs/37,500 miles at
additional cost.

A/C Desiccant Filter and charge A/C System
Changed Brake Fluid
- Remote Keyless Entry: Good, no issue
- Seat belts and latches: Good, no issue
- Interior/exterior lighting and horn: Good, no issue

My Svc center wouldn't do it...

Call manager and point out kindly that other SCs are doing. Show them the part number in this thread. Bring them donuts. Write great reviews of their service. And I promise they’ll do it. If not call a different SC and don’t ask if they do it. Tell them you’re calling to have it done. Don’t give them an option to say no.

I looked at filterbuy but they look like furnace filters and not the proper one with good seals

I was asking myself Model 3 Owners Club tweeed about this. Then I realized you ARE M3OC!

Yeah get the original part from Tesla. And if you’re nice they’ll install it. Given how much you’re promoting their brand for free, I’m certain they’ll do it for you. Not much difference between OEM and the eBay ones (when they were available).
