Living in North York Ontario, I didn't want to go with Tesla's Pirelli Sottozero II winter tires because they aren't that great in snow. So I was shopping around for about a month, calling Tesla service to make sure I was getting all my specs right.
I ended up going with:
18" Michelin X-Ice i3's - One of Consumer Reports recommended buys and great in slush and snow
Matte gunmetal 5-spoke winter rims - mechanic said he'll use original Tesla lugnuts and wheelcap
OEM tire pressure sensors (433mhz) - Tesla service tech said as long as its 433mhz it will work
For all of the above including installation, I paid $2230 Canadian (before tax). Almost $200 cheaper than Tesla's winter wheel package and with better tires.
I went to Auto Illusions in North York because they have a great reputation.
I will post pics soon.
