3rd party winter wheel options for Europe

Does anybody know of winter wheel options from 3rd parties which are certified to be used in Europe (not sure what exactly would be required though, maybe somebody knows)?
I already asked in the German forum about it. One of the potential options discussed are the RIAL Lugano. Somebody has checked it, but it looks like a custom adaptor has to be manufactured as the wheels don't fit perfectly.

I'm going to answer my own question. In Germany there is now support for the Model S from

AZEV

and

Brock Alloy Wheels - Leichtmetallrder, Felgen, Alufelgen

Both have really nice wheels and come with German certification for Model S.

I think the title is misleading... Doubt this is affecting all of EU... As far as I know this isn't required in Estonia for example

Yes, this might be the case. But at least the likelihood is bigger that winter wheels which are available in Norway might also be available in Germany. This wouldn't be the case for US wheels for example.
And if you look at the Brock site for example they are selling to many other European countries.
