4 times could not put into Drive had to reboot

Just yesterday I left work and could not get the car into Drive.
Had started the Air Conditioning before leaving my Office. about a 2 minute walk to the car. Got in. foot on break. Driver profile did its thing. Could not get the car to go into drive. Rebooted the (pressed both wheels). when it returned was able to get into Drive.

Currently 2018.32.2 but has happened with older firmware.

Has anyone else have this a happen?

Had the same thing happen to me twice. I called service and they said they would check the logs and see if they could see anything unusual, but never got back to me. It hasn't happened again since that call and I don't think they did anything.

I also changed the way I start the car. Now I press the brake to wake the car all the way up before trying to put it in Drive. I'm not sure if I was doing that before.

My recommendation would be to call service and see if you need an appointment.
