Received 40.2.1 yesterday and just reported a false positive (bug report) for detection of a cone. It was actually the indicator light of the car if front of me. I was on a slight angle. The weird thing was the cone on the screen appeared and disappeared with the blink of the orange indicator of the car in front. I wish I got this on video as it was quite comical and a bit concerning at the same time.

Just FYI but "bug report", AFAIK does not send anything to Tesla. it only tags the info so when you bring the car into a service center they can download it.
Bug report creates a notification in the thousands of lines of reporting per hour so that the problem can be found easily. The reporting can be downloaded by a tesla tech. You do not have to visit a service centre. You do have to advice tesla of the issue.
