I took the liberty of renaming this thread and calling it #402 instead of #410. In spite of the fact that the listing says "Number 410 in the world", I am fairly certain this car is North American VIN #402, not #410.
Wait - I have more info now ... a second listing shows as #402: http://www.carsonlinefree.com/searchCars/details.cfm?vehicleID=293213
Those are the 2010 Sport model tires. I don't think they were OEM on the 2008s, so they must have been changed out at some point.
Thanks. A Ranger once showed me those and he described them as slicks and told me they have great grip but wear very fast.
Yes, they are extreme performance summer tires. Not technically "slicks" though. YokohamaADVAN A048 Actually I am surprised to see these put on an older Roadster in Oregon (where it rains a lot). It would make more sense in a dry/hot place like Southern California.
Today I completed the purchase of this Roadster... Of course, I took it for an extended spin to Eugene to see my daughter at UofO. I have to agree about the stereo (JVC). It sounds horrible!
Congrats on the purchase! Nice color with the gun-metal rim combination. You're really going to enjoy that car I just know it
You got a good price - the stock stereo unit and speakers are junk so with the money you've saved you can get a decent aftermarket one
