Posting a cleaner thread. For those interested in a debate on market pricing of used Teslas, you see ample coverage in many of the for sale posts on this marketplace. Please restrict comments on this thread to people interested in buying this car - that is the focus of this thread. I encourage people to also go to the Tesla website and look at their used car inventory to see if there is a match for what you want - they have some low prices there if it happens to suit your needs. My bad. Didn’t realize any facelift S had a software locked 70. Thought they were 60’s.
I actually didn't realize quite how solid some of the deals are for used 70 and 70Ds from Tesla inventory until I saw this post and looked it up. Car looks nice though. One thing to note for people would be that the red stickers are good until 1/1/22 and it doesn't look like California is extending so far (although I assume this currently applies most Tesla vehicles). Also I read on here Tesla was not being good on honoring some free lifetime supercharging transfers to new owners. I would definitely want that confirmation from Tesla in writing before buying.
Re the transferability of lifetime supercharging, the restrictions on new owners applies to new vehicles with this revived perk. Not the earlier models like mine where there were no such restrictions. The lifetime supercharging on this car is transferable. Per the original post on this thread, please only post on this thread if you are interested in buying this car so this thread doesn't needlessly get cluttered with debate on other topics. People can post and explore other threads to understand the lifetime supercharging transferability.
