2006 Lotus Europa S - 2006 Geneva Auto Show

The 17-inch wheels are unique to the Europa and feature 175/55 tires up front and 225/45 tires in back.

Compare to Roadster:

Tires:

• front: 175/55 R16
• rear: 225/45 R17

Wheels:

• front: 5.5J x 16
• rear: 7.5J x 17

So the widths and aspects are the same, but apparently the Roadster has 16" in front, whereas the Europa S is 17" all around.

It's interesting both the Roadster and the Dodge EV/Circuit have fondmetal wheels. Are there anything special about them or maybe Lotus is the one sourcing the wheels from them?

I couldn't agree more. These are even worse than the silver ones. My girlfriend said they looked like cheap rice burner wheels and it would be a crime to get them on my car.
