I should have been more clear, diameter is the same front to rear on 20" as well as the 22" variation, the widths are different.

Boy - such a simple answer gets complicated.....So, a Model X has a wider rear tire than front, but are all the same diameter. [Sorry - the threads of Model S and Model X and Model 3 are so often intertwined that I did not notice I was on a X only site]. Are we assuming that a Model 3 will have fat and skinny tires also? Best guess of rotation for M3 is - don't do it?

My strong assumption is that the Model 3 will have identical wheels and tires on all four corners. It makes the most sense for them to have the exact same wheels and tires ready for production on all vehicles. My Model S doesn't have staggered wheels, and it's a P85.
