540 Server Error

For the past few mornings I keep getting a 540 Server Error from the car in my app. I like to warm up the car before I leave but I can’t get it to connect. It’s frustrating and a reboot seems to fix it but I don’t understand why it keeps happening? Anyone else? I’m on 2021.40.6

540 Vehicle Server Error

Shortly after leaving the house today I got an alert that my phone was no longer connect and I would not be able to continue driving once I stopped. I opened up the app and saw it was disconnected with a 540 error (see pic). Since I wasn't far from the house, I turned around and grabbed my fob...

I rebooted my Tesla Model 3 (two button press on the steering wheel). No more 540 Server error. App on my iPhone now connects perfectly to my Tesla.

I've gotten this twice this week. 2 button reset fixed. ⅓ and ⅙ only fix was a reboot. Very annoying

Might want to keep track if it starts getting more frequent. My Model S escalated over a period of months where a reset would get it functional again for weeks, then eventually days, and now it only gets me an hour of functionality.

Mine came back four days ago. Turned in a Mobile Service request. Received reply one hour later saying Mobile Service could not fix it and to schedule a service center visit. Anyone else had it fixed this way?
