I had a due billed item to replace a door panel on my refreshed CPO. Still waiting on the part 6 months later. No luck with executive escalation. Has anyone else experienced this and have suggestions?
Yes, when I bought my CPO in 2015 a 2013 P85, the due bill was for a interior driver door panel. They changed the design of the panel and had stopped making mine. So I got a whole new door. Full stop
I used to have problems getting parts replaced was going thru the service center reps. Now that I walk back to the parts department directly I have had better luck. Many times I purchased items items from service reps in the front only to find out the parts were never ordered.
