Is the "make sure all tyre valves are pointing upwards" still a thing?
I'm sure I read on this forum that was a requirement to get an early V6.1 upgrade.

I'm sure I read on this forum that was a requirement to get an early V6.1 upgrade.
I don't think it matters whether you're on 3G or wifi. At least one Sydney person got v7 over 3G last night. I'm waiting with anticipation. Youtube vids of v7 look pretty cool.

There's at least four owners with v7 on the Aussie Tesla Whatsapp group - two Signature P85+ (one QLD, one NSW) and two non-signature S85 (one QLD, one NSW)
The worldwide rollout seems to have slowed to a trickle, either because of the weekend, or because they've found something they need to tweak before continuing the rollout.

My signature S85 #9 has not yet received the update. So, one of the early delivery cars without as yet. Full strength wifi in my garage too. However, she faces West. Should i reverse in so she faces California?

No, that is when Elons deadline for distribution runs out. He said the rollout to the fleet should take 5 days from the start of rollout.
Elon Musk @elonmusk 2h2 hours ago Autopilot release to Europe and Asia pending regulatory approval. Hopefully get the ok in the next few weeks.

Asia (or Europe for that matter) is not one legal jurisdiction, this could take years!
Actually looking back he said rollout to the US fleet would take 5 days, and that v7 was being released for international distribution. So I'm guessing he got back to the office and was told 5 days to roll out to everyone is impossible, so they are just sending to US cars to give him some timing credibility, but enough 'other' cars so we think we are being treated well. If we see a massive influx in australian downloads mid to late this week then my hunch that we are being treated poorly will be correct. Hope I'm wrong, as this is not how a company with international intentions should work. It's just odd that 1 week old US cars already have V7.

A colleague at work went for a test drive in the P90D car on the weekend and the car had V7 software. He was told that it was one of the first in Australia with it, which fits with the limited number of people reporting it to have been received.
