7.6 + 3.8kw Inverters enough for a 12.8kw system?

I have placed an order for a 12.8kw solar system with 32 panels, 2 inverters (7.6, 3.8kw), and 1 powerwall.

I am trying to have tesla give me 2 X 7.6 inverters but they keep mentioning that their inverters overdrive up to 150-170% and that (7.6+3.8)*1.7=19.38kw

what do you guys suggest? Does anyone has a similar system with 2 X 7.6 inverters? thanks!

2 7.6 would be overkill, and cost more money.

The proposed size of a 7.6 plus a 3.8 inverter driving 12.8 kW of DC panels is somewhat more inverter than needed for this design, but probably a good place to be with 1.1 DC/AC ratio. I am personally comfortable with a 1.3 ratio for myself, so you could add some more panels and not be in any danger of losing money.

100% you do not need even more inverter.
