I ordered in March ‘19 and the eta was about now, but is also sort of irrelevant because the whole rollout timeline has shifted since then.What ETA did Tesla website say when you ordered in 2019? my eta from the website disappeared yesterday after being 1/20-2/04 the day before. I’m 40 miles from Fremont.
Spoke to my SA today and they do not have any idea when will start deliveries. He said next thing I would get email from factory with VIN. So nothing new. When I emailed Tesla directly they said would be delivering at least one MY 7 seat to each location for demo in next week +- but nothing on deliveries to those that have orders outstanding
Jake - he's been really helpful thus far.
Config is AWD LR, white with black interior, black wheels, FSD. We absolutely love the white seats in our 3 now, but the driver's seat has picked up plenty of jean transfer so that's something I'm begrudgingly looking forward to avoiding with the black seats. I'm not one to play the waiting game, but with HEPA in the Chinese MY, I'm hanging tight for that. New headlights and center console would be bonuses. All things considered, with X/S refresh potentially in a few days, it'll be interesting to see what happens there and how that extra differentiation impacts MY (maybe it'll get that rumored adjustable suspension?). All good problems to have!

Ooh, is the white not good? I had heard from someone else it cleaned up to white again without issue, but maybe not...
Blue jean dye transfer will show on the white Tesla seats. Can be cleaned with a cleaning product or just baby wipes.
I’m guessing this has been discussed extensively somewhere in the forums; does anyone know where? This would be the time to change to black if the white is hard to keep clean...

This is exactly why I won’t ever go with white. I don’t have time to clean leather seats constantly and we all wear a lot of jeans. It’s just not worth the maintenance to me.
I am waiting for a white on white,19”.
I now have a white on white model 3, and yup, agree on white being awesome ... but the jeans dye thou (even with a layer of unobtainium-based fabric protector and the wipes- which I’ve used non-obsessively.), but now a change will set me back a lot (I got FSD priced at 6k). The white seats managed toddlers better than my jeans ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ .
Seattle delivery specialist: got an amazing one for the 3 (Steve) and am now assigned to Tommy who so far is MIA but I’m not insisting either. I only ask for attention if I really need it as those folks are busy fronting a quite chaotic machine.
Will have to add tow hitch after delivery to not break FSD pricing.
Really happy about heated steering wheel, would be thrilled if we can get hepa filter before March 31, (forest fires are here to stay), am indifferent to console/door trim and headlights. I don’t think we’ll get air suspension before June at best (loved the air susp on the X but isn’t a dealbreaker or delay factor on the Y)
I got my trade in offer before my ETA or VIN. Worth noting you do have to keep reentering mileage if enough times goes by for an updated sales assessment.

Technically it’s only been in production 2 weeks. I have a feeling we’ll see deliveries start in February.
