7-Seater Seatbelt Imprints

Has anyone with a 7-seater Model Y figured out where to put the seatbelts when folding the seats down? It seems like the only option is to close the seat on top of the seatbelt, but in only a couple weeks it's left nasty marks in the seats

Put the buckle to the top of the seats and flip the metal part back.

Interesting. Is this the belt or the buckle part leaving an imprint?

Same here, the buckle left some nasty deep imprints. I took it to Tesla Service and they will be replacing the back row when they get in stock which they said will be a month.

Saw this thread before taking my 7 seater for post delivery service to fix a few things and brought this question up to them.

This is what the seats looked like upon delivery with the buckle clasped between the back of the seat and the bottom of the seat:

I was also instructed from the service department to do the same as previously suggested:

Move the buckle up to the top of the seat, then flip the metal part back. The seat has gone back to normal after sitting overnight
