I test-drove both standard cloth and next gen seats and decided the premium for next-gen wasn't worth it. I also wanted cloth and not leather.

Upgraded sound (UHF) definitely not worth it. I installed some decent aftermarket speakers and a small sub and it's a drastic improvement even over UHF IMO. I spent about $450 versus $2500. I put the sub in the compartment under the trunk and it's invisible and doesn't use up any trunk space in the cubbies like the UHF sub does. Those cubbies are awesome for putting shopping bags so they don't slide around when you take the aggressive turn on occasion.
