Are you checking the range right as charging finishes? Once it hits 100% is does not trickle charge (at least not for a while), so any vampire drain will start sucking the miles right away - every app, keeping the car connected, out of powersaving, etc take miles right away. I've noticed a several mile drop from when the HPWC charging stops generally around 2am and the morning at 7am.

The formula that determines the range sometimes gets thrown off with constant mid point recharging. It's nothing to worry about. You probably have all your range at the battery level, it's a known issue. When the battery goes really low and you charge it the formula sort of resets itself. Nothing physically changes at the battery level but the numbers are more representative of actual values.

Range numbers after the charge fluctuate after several weeks of <93% charge. So don't worry - once you charge to above 93% the car will start balancing the battery and range display will be more precise. Try checking the range after a few cycles of >93% charge. It is best to check the battery degradation on road trips, when you have consecutive chances of >93% charge.
