75d refresh model

what is the difference between a model S 75d and a model S 75d refresh? Is it just the body style? Are they mechanically the same car?

Refresh brought LED headlights, next-gen leather seats, Bioweapon Defense Mode air filters for the Premium Upgrades Package, and the center console is a default option.

Additionally:
- All 75D have at least Autopilot 1 hardware.
- Post-19 October 2017 75Ds have AP2 (Enhanced Autopilot + Full Self Driving) hardware
- In the past few months, the next gen seats were replaced with newer premium seats

Battery, drivetrain, interior, etc. are all largely the same.

On 12/31/2016 Tesla cut off the Next Gen Gray seats. Any refreshed S75 (or refreshed S60) made after this date originally spec'd with gray seats turned into the White Premium seats.

They aren't 75D but you wouldn't know it unless you looked at the battery. I just took these photos.

Here is my take on the seats, I really like the White Premium seats. Mine didn't come with perforations so I think it'll hold up even better than the seats with perforations. They have an adjustable headrest and better bolstering behind the knees. They are SUPER soft too (the other colors aren't as soft).
