90D vs 100D. Looking to buy asap. Opinions and experience welcome

Hello,

I have been all over the site lately because I am ready to buy a Model X. I had to pass on a few that were perfect because my car hadnt sold yet. It sold and for the past 3 days I havent seen the right car. I am trying to be patient but the excitement is tough to manage lol.

Range is a top priority for me so I wanted a 100D. I have seen them for the upper $60's in the past but nothing now that I am ready to buy. There are quite a few 90Ds on Teslas website right now. I am looking at one with a 6 seats for $64,400. It seems to have everything I am looking for except the 100kwh pack. I dont really want to deal with the degradation issues of a 90 though.

What do you guys think?
90D or 100D?
For those of you that own either, what is your range if you are doing 60mph on the highway? (I realize tesla owners usually drive faster lol)

Just saw this video. I think this is pretty clear. He got 77kwh out of this 90D battery.

The 100Ds are just far better batteries.

100D for sure. The 90D batteries stink, seem to degrade faster, and in the end since you never get RR, the 100 will get you farther. 100 is actually like 102 total. 90 is like 86 total. Less on both usable.
