A/C condensation interior drip, drain tube clearing? or is small INTERIOR drip normal...?

So I notice very small drip on passenger footwell under glovebox, around and from actual vent openings
is this normal, OR
is A/C condensation drain hose plugged, backing up and causing this?
If so, where is this hose terminate at so I can clear it?
any new info?? I've read the 3 threads I could find here...
