A/C condenser noise - is it normal?

Hi everyone!

Since I picked up my Model S in July, the A/C condenser fan has always made funky noises when it cycles on and off. I made an appointment at my service center, took it in today, and they "Replaced driver side front A/C condenser fan assembly." On my way home, it started making the exact same noise again. :-/ I called the service center and was told all Teslas make noises when the condenser fan cycles on and off and that it is normal.

I captured 3 instances of the noise in the below YouTube video. Would someone mind telling me if it is, in fact, normal for Teslas to make this noise, please?

Thank you so much! I really do appreciate it!

The condenser fan is under the frunk panels, your noise sounds like its in the cabin. my guess is a sticking air mix flap causing the actuator to vibrate. have a look on the sides of the heater box whilst pressing the button. you will have to crawl under with a torch.
