A/C HVAC fan stuck at 5

Hey Everyone, I’m on my third day of my 2022 Model X Plaid. The HAVC fan sticks at number 5 and is quite loud. No matter how long I drive, the fan setting doesn’t change (I can change it manually, but I am referring to ‘auto’ setting). One of my other teslas do this (they’re in the same temperature environment). Anyone else suffering from this? Thanks

I believe my car does this too. Whenever I hit it accidentally, it runs the fans higher than I prefer. Thus, I never use the auto setting.

Is “range mode” enabled on the X? I think it restricts the max. fan speed to 5 which made me think of it. With more extreme exterior temperatures, “auto” might struggle to meet the requested interior temperature.
