Ever since we got the car my SO has been complaining that cold air is blowing on her feet even if she cranks up the climate control on her side (she cranked it up enough to run the heat on her side one time) and the climate controls are set to only use the upper vents. With the A/C running I put my hand down below the dash and I did feel cold air leaking out of what must be the floor vents.
Is this normal or is something wrong with a baffle in the A/C system?
